At Siddhivinayak Furnitures, we specialize in custom-made metal furniture tailored to your specific requirements.

Since our products are customized and manufactured according to specific orders, we do not offer returns or refunds once the order has been delivered.
All sales are final.

We take the utmost care in packaging. However, if the product is found to be physically damaged at the time of delivery, please report it to us immediately with photos/videos.
In case of verified transit damage, we will provide a repair or replacement of the damaged part. No refund will be issued.

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once the manufacturing process starts, cancellations will not be accepted.
